I originally ordered release paper and a cover minder for the Jingle drills event on November 14th, knowing it may take a week to get to me because the event was getting ready to start. My order did not make it to the post office until December 3rd and I still have not received my order. I understand that once it's with USPS it's out of your hands but the order sat unfulfilled for 2 weeks before it was taken to USPS. I definitely anticipated a week to get the order together and figured that I would receive it either the week of Thanksgiving or the week after Thanksgiving latest. It's December 16th now. When I emailed this to whomever, all I was told was sorry for the delay but it shows it's moving through the network, even though at that point I had asked for a refund. No mention of whether I was going to get the refund I asked for, just sorry and blaming it on USPS when it didn't even get to them till 2 weeks after I ordered. My project is 95% completed so I won't even be using them, when they do arrive. They are essentially useless to me now. I told the seller in my email that I do not like doing this through reviews. Other customers see reviews and use them to determine whether they're going to shop with you or not, and I didn't want a potential odd situation swaying other people. I went the email route to give an opportunity to the seller to explain to me what the issue was as it may be something completely one-off or something that was out of the sellers control. I understand that life happens and things get in the way but I don't know this unless it's told to me. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. So that's why I gave the opportunity to provide an explanation when I sent the email originally. Well I received another email today asking me to review the product that I have yet to receive while my second email, again mentioning how frustrated I am, and providing another opportunity to make it right or at least explain what happened, has not been responded to at this time. I guess the only way to to make it known is by giving a one star review to the product.
